Senior. Manager - AIA Integrations and DevOps Forward Deployed Engineer

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager for AWS cloud infrastructure, integrations, and DevOps engineering in its US Commercial AI Acceleration team. The role owns end-to-end AWS account management, designs enterprise integrations, implements CI/CD pipelines, and leads technical standards for AI-powered commercial applications.
Responsibilities
- Own US Commercial AWS account structure, governance, and lifecycle management
- Design and operate core AWS services including compute, storage, networking, and AI services
- Build integrations between AIA solutions and Pfizer enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven patterns
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines across web, API, data, and ML workloads
- Implement observability, security operations, and incident response practices
Requirements
- Extensive AWS architecture and infrastructure design experience
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation
- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps automation
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms and SaaS systems via APIs
- Expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, and serverless patterns
- Knowledge of identity and access management, secrets management, and DevSecOps
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
