Job Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining customers, increasing conversions, and promoting our online casino products and promotions. This role plays a key part in customer lifecycle marketing and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven email communications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing players and acquire new customers.
Create compelling email copy aligned with brand voice, promotions, and casino offerings.
Segment and manage customer databases to deliver targeted and personalized communications based on user behavior and preferences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts, and send times to continuously optimize performance.
Collaborate with Design, Content, CRM, and Marketing teams to produce visually appealing and effective email campaigns.
Ensure emails comply with brand guidelines, data privacy regulations, and deliverability best practices.
Maintain and optimize email templates and workflows for ongoing and automated campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
Experience working with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.
Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or regulated digital environments is a strong plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
