Location: Costa Rica (Preference for candidates based in Costa Rica)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our five restaurants and four bars. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, with a focus on team development and operational excellence. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English , as well as experience working in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of five restaurants and four bars, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of restaurant and bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective ordering and inventory management practices.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain a strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all F&B outlets.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue projections, budget variance analysis, and profit margins.
Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
Experience working in Latin America, with a deep understanding of regional preferences and culinary trends.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and F&B management software.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
