Payroll Specialist

Objetivo del Puesto Responsable por elaborar toda la información requerida para la generación de planillas nóminas de manera oportuna y precisa, conforme a las leyes y regulaciones locales. Ejecuta actividades relacionadas con la nómina antes y después del pago, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos. Ofrece soporte a los colaboradores en temas relacionados con la nómina. Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales Procesar la planilla para asegurar el pago oportuno a los colaboradores, incluyendo la validación y conciliación de la nómina y el archivo bancario. Apoyar en la gestión de reportes para el cierre contable mensual, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos. Colaborar en la administración de la base de datos de Recursos Humanos, garantizando su integridad y actualización. Atender consultas de los colaboradores por medio de sistemas electrónicos, promoviendo un ambiente laboral positivo. Apoyar el proceso de inducción para facilitar la integración de nuevos colaboradores. Elaborar y presentar informes necesarios para el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales locales Caja, INS, Ministerio de Hacienda, entre otros. Cumplir con los reportes de control establecidos por la Corporación para la correcta generación de nómina y manejo de información confidencial. Brindar apoyo en auditorías internas y externas. Garantizar el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales y corporativos relacionados con EHS, siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos internos. Participar en proyectos y tareas especiales relacionadas con el área de nómina. Nivel Profesional Requerido Preferiblemente Bachiller en Administración de Negocios con énfasis en Recursos Humanos, Finanzas o Contabilidad. Experiencia Requerida Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobada en procesos de elaboración de planillas. Experiencia previa con sistemas electrónicos de nómina y de control de marcas. Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos Conocimiento actualizado de las leyes laborales locales. Manejo de sistemas como Softland y ADP. Dominio de paquetería Office, especialmente Excel. Competencias Clave Trabajo en equipo. Persona diligente y orientada al detalle. Habilidades Requeridas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y manejar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico. Idiomas Inglés nivel B2 avanzado. Horario Laboral Lunes a viernes, de 700 a.m. a 400 p.m. o de 800 a.m. a 500 p.m. Modalidad de Trabajo Híbrido 3 días en oficina, 2 días de trabajo remoto.
