Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced System Analysts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data mapping, design, and documentation of specifications. They will be responsible for meeting with Product Owners and teams to gather requirements, perform pre-work, and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Mapping & Design: Perform data mapping, design, and documentation of specifications to support project requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Clearly document technical specifications for developers, ensuring comprehensive and understandable documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Collaboration: Meet with Product Owners and teams to identify and prioritize sources, execute pre-work such as data quality audits, field mappings, and security assessments.
• Systems Analysis: Utilize traditional systems analyst skills for requirements gathering and analysis, problem-solving, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to document technical specifications clearly for developers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in performing data mapping and design.

 

• Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data quality audits and security assessments.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
