Payroll Accounting Analyst Tienes experiencia en contabilidad y un nivel avanzado de inglés Esta oportunidad es para ti Buscamos un Payroll Accounting Analyst para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico enfocado en la transformación y optimización de procesos de nómina y contabilidad a nivel internacional. El enfoque principal de este puesto es colaborar entre los equipos de Operaciones de Nóminas y Contabilidad de Nóminas para el proyecto Basic Cosmos Retir. Este proyecto pretende retirar el sistema Basic Cosmos heredado y reemplazarlo por sistemas Ops UI y Full Suite para el movimiento de fondos de nómina y sus procesos contables correspondientes. Responsabilidades Coordinar actividades y entregables con equipos de Payroll Operations, Payroll Accounting y Project Management. Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con diferentes países involucrados en el proyecto. Gestionar la comunicación con proveedores externos de nómina. Validar que los cambios en reportes contables y operativos cumplan con los requerimientos del proyecto. Ejecutar pruebas de integración y pruebas de aceptación de usuario UAT. Brindar soporte en iniciativas relacionadas con la implementación de nuevos sistemas. Requisitos Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o áreas afines. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones contables. Inglés avanzado indispensable oral y escrito. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo. Conocimientos o experiencia en gestión de proyectos deseable. Ofrecemos Modalidad híbrida. Participación en proyectos de alcance internacional.
