Descripción General
En ITS InfoCom buscamos un Especialista en Redes Service Provider para integrarse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería. Esta posición está dirigida a profesionales apasionados por las telecomunicaciones y las redes de alto desempeño, con experiencia en entornos de proveedores de servicios (ISP/Carrier), implementación de soluciones y resolución de incidentes complejos.
Funciones
- Gestionar la resolución de incidentes de red y la implementación de soluciones técnicas.
- Realizar diagnóstico, análisis y seguimiento de incidentes en entornos de red internos y externos.
- Ejecutar actividades de implementación, migración y puesta en producción de servicios de red.
- Recopilar y analizar información técnica para escalamiento a niveles superiores o al fabricante cuando sea requerido.
- Elaborar documentación técnica, informes y evidencias de implementación.
- Brindar soporte técnico especializado y participar en la optimización de la infraestructura de red.
Requisitos
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carrera afín.
- Experiencia comprobada en implementación de proyectos de redes.
- Experiencia en redes de Service Provider
- Contar con certificación en CCNA o CCNP
- Conocimientos avanzados en:
- MPLS
- Segment Routing (SR-MPLS)
- L3VPN y L2VPN
- BGP, OSPF e IS-IS
- Cisco IOS XR
