RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure the implementation of trainings according to the methodology established accomplishing the Quality regulations.
2. Implement projects according to the methodology established or other tools for to solves problems and identify variances in manufacturing area.
3. Design and approve changes in the layout of the production plant to assure the flow chart of production lines.
4. Develop and implements projects to support manufacturing production needs assuring the continuous improvement.
5. Keep the inventory office supplies assuring the production lines have the HPS tools.
6. Organize and collaborate improvement events (Kaizen, SMED) to promote problems solving according to the needs of the organization.
7. Communicate and get support from different areas assuring that production running without interruptions and products and processes improvements are alingnmet with standards and quality system.
8. Establish and implement the methodology to measure the learning of the regulatory trainings assuring the competence in the position.
9. Perform the diagnostic training needs to close gaps relate to quality issues, production needs and to allow to prevent reoccurrence.
10. Keep an adequate organizational environment to promote the values and Culture of the company.
11. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Bachelor Degree or related field
- Experience 0-3 years in similar positions
- Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing communication skills
- Solid understanding of manufacturing
- Promote opportunities for continuous improvement
- Developed leadership competencies
- Flexible and quick prioritizing manufacturing customer requirements
- Ability to effectively improve processes
