Family Physician - Outpatient Advanced Primary Care

Practice medicine in an innovative model focused on patient care and physician satisfaction. We seek a compassionate and forward-thinking Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Ped) to join an advanced primary care clinic in San Jose.
You will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles at an employer-sponsored clinic. This position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients and shape the future of healthcare. If you’re ready to focus on people, not quotas, and well-being, not billing, this is your opportunity!
Highlights:
- Manage only 9-12 patients per day
- Spend more time doing what you do best: taking care of patients
- No weekends
- Substantially fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks
- Focus on outcomes and not production
- No Medicare or Medicaid patients, only members of the employer health plan
- Highly competitive base salary plus outcomes-based bonus

Qualifications:
- BC/BE in family medicine or IM/peds
