Baxter seeks a Senior Analyst for Channel Operations to optimize administrative processes and drive operational excellence. The role involves process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and system implementation in a Costa Rica-based team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient administrative processes for channel operations optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Analyze data and produce insights-driven reports for decision-making
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Deploy new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years in accounts payable, receivable, collections, or channel operations
- English B2+ or higher proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- SAP proficiency required
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
