PURPOSE OF JOB
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operations in the US and Costa Rica, with a focus on manufacturing roles. This position is essential for ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process, supporting the company's growth by building a strong workforce, and providing a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the US and Costa Rica, with a primary focus on manufacturing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers in both regions to understand role requirements and conduct intake session meetings.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with internal stakeholders across both locations.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track and manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles in both regions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, particularly in manufacturing and medical devices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English is essential (C1), both written and oral.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within a manufacturing environment (required).
- Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding (required)
- Experience recruiting for positions in both the US and Costa Rica is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging multiple channels to identify talent (required).
- Experience recruiting for the medical device industry or regulated environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; experience using ADP is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal.
- This is a hybrid position, combining work from home with in-office presence. Candidates will be required to work on-site some days per week at our office in Coyol Free Zone.
