Payroll Manager

Objective of the Position:
To manage the project, transition, and implementation of the payroll team in a Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processes and compliance with local regulations.
Functions and Tasks:
- Lead the implementation and transition of payroll activities to the SSC.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for all employees.
- Prepare and reconcile internal payroll data and reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and customer requirements.
- Stay updated on local regulatory requirements and policy changes.
- Provide payroll expertise regionally and assist with internal and external payroll audits.
- Support other projects and ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll and HR experience with relevant experience leading payroll projects and teams.
- Experience in payroll migrations and project management.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and policies in various Latin American countries. Knowledge of payroll calculations and regulatory systems in the region (desirable)
- Experience managing a team of 6+ people.
- Advanced English proficiency C1/B2+
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
