Job Overview

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Workday QA Analyst who is passionate about ensuring the highest quality in Workday implementations and integrations. If you have an eye for detail, love problem-solving, and have a knack for improving processes, this might just be the perfect role for you. This is a remote position, but we are only considering applicants currently living in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities

• Apply your in-depth Workday knowledge to enhance processes and workflows.
• Integrate subject matter and industry expertise within defined areas.
• Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues, weighing various alternatives and balancing conflicting situations.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate dynamic material from multiple sources.
• Communicate effectively and diplomatically with team members and stakeholders.
• Take on informal/formal leadership roles within teams, coaching and training new recruits.
• Influence decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services within your area of expertise.
• Ensure your performance positively impacts all teams within the area.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday.
• Advanced understanding of how various areas integrate within the sub-function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and training.
• Significant impact in terms of project size and geography.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be currently living in Costa Rica.
