About the Role

 We are looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based insurance company with day-to-day administrative and insurance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working remotely within the P&C insurance industry and is already familiar with insurance quoting processes and completing ACORD forms. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to accurately handle insurance documentation and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for a growing insurance company.
• Prepare and complete ACORD forms accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with insurance quoting for Property & Casualty policies.
• Gather, organize, and verify client and policy information needed for quotes and insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and insurance records.
• Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Follow up on missing information or documentation as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling client and insurance information.
• Provide additional administrative support as the company continues to grow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional within the Property & Casualty insurance industry .
• Hands-on experience completing ACORD forms (MUST)
• Experience assisting with or preparing P&C insurance quotes (MUST)
• Familiarity with common Property & Casualty insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1,C2)
• Comfortable learning and working with insurance platforms and other digital tools.
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage .

Compensation & Benefits

$1,200 per month

• 10 days off per year
• 6 U.S Federal Holidays
• 3 sick days
