🚀 ¡Estamos buscando Senior HR Business Partner! Buscamos una persona que entienda que Recursos Humanos no solo acompaña al negocio: es parte de las decisiones que lo transforman. Esta posición tendrá un rol estratégico, trabajando de cerca con el equipo directivo para traducir los retos y prioridades del negocio en decisiones e iniciativas relacionadas con talento, liderazgo, cultura y capacidades organizacionales . ¿Cuáles serán sus principales retos? 🔹 Actuar como socio estratégico de los líderes, asesorándolos en decisiones relacionadas con personas, estructura, liderazgo y transformación organizacional. 🔹 Acompañar procesos de diseño organizacional, workforce planning y dimensionamiento de equipos. 🔹 Impulsar iniciativas de cultura, experiencia del colaborador, bienestar y gestión del cambio. 🔹 Acompañar estrategias de atracción, desarrollo, sucesión y retención del talento. 🔹 Fortalecer la gestión del desempeño y el desarrollo de líderes y equipos de alto desempeño. 🔹 Brindar asesoría en temas de compensación, beneficios y movimientos organizacionales. 🔹 Utilizar indicadores y People Analytics para identificar tendencias, anticipar riesgos y apoyar la toma de decisiones. ¿Qué buscamos? Profesional en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carrera afín, con experiencia sólida en posiciones como Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Manager o roles equivalentes. Será importante contar con experiencia en legislación laboral, estructuras organizacionales y valoración de puestos , así como una visión integral de los diferentes procesos de Recursos Humanos.
