Responsibilities Screening applicants, interviewing potential hires, and negotiating offer. Source candidates through various direct methods, especially using Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Social Media channels and other internal databases. Communicate process, data and forms status to candidates and stakeholders as required. Use appropriate tools and problemsolving techniques to work with ambiguity, and preempt or resolve problems. Execute and track manual role postings to niche sites and print locations as required based on recruiter provided specifications. Schedule candidate screens and assessment related events as required, gaining relevant availabilities and retrieve feedback forms from interviewers. Followup with candidates to secure clarification on discrepancies. Prepare offer letters and hiring in the system. Qualifications 2 years of recruiting experience Advanced English written and spoken. Good understanding of recruiting processes and organization, systems, and tools Soft Skills Fast Learner Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. Strong data analysis experience attention to detail. Work underpressure and adaptability to a changing environment.
