Descripción:
Mantener la salud de las plataformas de aplicaciones e infraestructura (servidores, Middleware y monitoreo), asegurando el correcto funcionamiento, la atención oportuna de incidentes/solicitudes y disponibilidad de los servicios soportados.
Responsabilidades:
- Monitoreo proactivo de la salud de infraestructura y aplicaciones.
- Atender, revisar y diagnosticar fallas N1 sobre las plataformas administradas.
- Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y tareas programadas.
- Documentar los servicios, incidentes e instructivos operativos (gestión del conocimiento).
- Cumplir con los SLAs de atención y esquemas de disponibilidad/guardia.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en la administración de infraestructura o de aplicaciones.
- Formación: Estudiante universitario avanzado o Diplomado en Ing. en Sistemas, Computación, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines. (Deseable: ITIL v4).
- Conocimientos técnicos: Comandos básicos Apache, Tomcat, NGINX, interpretación básica de alertas de monitoreo y ciclo de vida de tickets (ITIL). Certificaciones como ITIL v4 Foundation, AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals); manejo deseable de herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow.
Idioma: inglés técnico intermedio (B1) - Habilidades: Adaptabilidad a turnos rotativos y/o guardias Apego riguroso a procedimientos, capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptabilidad a Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, Proactivo TURNOS 7*24 Rotativos, PRESENCIAL
