Software Development Technical Lead

As a Software Development Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding a development team located in Costa Rica . Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with clients in India , ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and facilitating effective communication between the offshore team and the client. You will be expected to manage and resolve complex technical issues, actively participate in client meetings to propose sound technical solutions, and foster knowledge transfer within the team.

Main Tasks:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead, mentor, and supervise the development team in Costa Rica , providing guidance and support for project success.
2. Client Interaction:
   • Interact directly with clients in India to grasp project requirements, align them with business objectives, and ensure effective communication channels.
3. Technical Issue Resolution:
   • Manage and resolve complex technical challenges during client meetings, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
4. Client Meeting Participation:
   • Attend client meetings to communicate technical solutions clearly and persuasively, addressing client needs and concerns.
5. Knowledge Transfer:
   • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team by retaining critical information and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
6. Code Review and Issue Resolution:
   • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and assist in resolving team issues to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Node.js , ERPM , and Microservices , demonstrating proficiency in these technologies.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and seamless interaction with stakeholders.
• Showcase expertise in advanced debugging techniques, ensuring efficient identification and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Have familiarity with C#, .Net, Angular , and React , enhancing versatility and adaptability in addressing various project requirements.
