Objetivo del puesto
Atraer empresas extranjeras del sector de semiconductores a Costa Rica, brindando apoyo en su establecimiento e identificando oportunidades de reinversión de las ya instaladas.
Funciones:
Confirmar nuevos proyectos de inversión extranjera directa en el sector de semiconductores, incluyendo empresas de cadenas de suministro de microchips, fabricantes de equipos electrónicos, PCBs y otros definidos por la Gerencia de Inversión.
Posicionar a Costa Rica en la cadena de valor de semiconductores, identificando áreas estratégicas y sinergias potenciales.
Desarrollar, junto con el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, una estrategia para el acceso a fondos del Gobierno de EE. UU. relacionados con la política Chips Act.
Colaborar con instituciones públicas y privadas del ecosistema de semiconductores en temas de manufactura, talento, incentivos y programas especiales.
Elaborar listas de prospectos mediante investigación de empresas, subsectores y análisis de tendencias de la industria.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre el sector para identificar oportunidades de inversión y expansión.
Apoyar al equipo de inteligencia de negocios en la revisión de bases de datos y estudios del sector requeridos por la Gerencia de Inversión.
Organizar y participar en agendas de negocio con inversionistas que visitan Costa Rica, para conocer sus expectativas y requerimientos.
Preparar información para viajes de promoción, ferias y eventos, incluyendo perfiles empresariales y propuestas de visitas a casas matrices.
Brindar seguimiento a empresas ya establecidas, mediante procesos de post-establecimiento que faciliten sus operaciones en el país.
Mantener actualizado el CRM con la información de clientes y cuentas asignadas, cumpliendo funciones como gerente de cuenta.
Apoyar la participación del sector en ferias, giras de promoción y eventos especiales, gestionando citas de negocio.
Participar en reuniones con instituciones y actores clave, públicos y privados, relevantes para el sector.
Coordinar con los equipos de aftercare y talento humano para atender las necesidades de contratación de las empresas.
Ejecutar otras tareas asignadas por la jefatura, dentro del ámbito de su conocimiento profesional.
Requisitos:
-Bachillerato o Licenciatura universitaria en Administración deNegocios/Empresas, Agronomía,Comercio Internacional, Derecho,
Economía, Mercadeo, Ingenierías,Relaciones Internacionales,Relaciones Públicas, carreras deciencias económicas, ciencias
sociales o carrera afín.
-Al menos 3 años en roles similares.
-Incorporado al colegio Profesional respectivo.
– Tener visa, pasaporte y licencia B1 al día.
– Inglés avanzado.
