Brand Manager

Objetivo del Puesto
Dirigir, desarrollar y gestionar integralmente las marcas asignadas en el mercado costarricense, asegurando la ejecución de estrategias comerciales y de mercadeo alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía y de los fabricantes.
Es responsable de la gestión operativa y estratégica de las marcas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos corporativos. En coordinación con las oficinas regionales de cada fabricante, define e implementa estrategias orientadas al crecimiento sostenible del negocio, fortalecimiento del posicionamiento de marca, incremento de la participación de mercado y maximización de la rentabilidad.
- De 5 a 7 años de experiencia en el manejo de negocio/marca.
- Trabajo en equipo.
