Collections Representative

Propósito del puesto Asegurar la cobranza oportuna de los pagos de los clientes, mantener actualizada la información de las cuentas, dar seguimiento a facturas pendientes y escalar situaciones que requieran análisis de crédito. También apoya la gestión de facturas en portales de clientes para facilitar el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos de cobranza. Responsabilidades principales Gestionar una cartera de clientes de baja complejidad. Mantener actualizada la información de cuentas de clientes corporativos. Ejecutar actividades de cobranza siguiendo las estrategias establecidas. Realizar conciliaciones de estados de cuenta. Analizar créditos, débitos y efectivo no aplicado. Dar seguimiento a facturas vencidas. Ingresar o asegurar el ingreso correcto de facturas en portales de clientes. Brindar atención y seguimiento a consultas de clientes internos y externos. Escalar disputas o reclamos para su pronta resolución. Administrar la bandeja de correo con sentido de urgencia y organización. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos. Cumplir con los estándares de ética e integridad de la compañía. Requisitos Bachillerato en Educación Media. Plus Técnico Medio 6 meses a un 1 año de experiencia en call center o posiciones relacionadas al puesto. Deseable experiencia en Shared Service Centers. Inglés nivel B2. Obligatorio Conocimiento de Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook. Competencias Orientación al cliente. Mejora continua. Trabajo en equipo. Desarrollo personal.
