Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Category Manager para formar parte de una empresa del sector de consumo masivo , donde tendrá un rol estratégico en la gestión de categorías, el desarrollo del portafolio y la generación de valor para el negocio. ¿Cuál será tu propósito ? Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de las categorías y marcas bajo su responsabilidad, impulsando el crecimiento de las ventas, la rentabilidad, la disponibilidad de producto y la ejecución comercial, mediante una estrecha coordinación con clientes, proveedores y las diferentes áreas de la organización. Principales responsabilidades Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento para las categorías y marcas asignadas. Analizar el desempeño comercial, rentabilidad, inventarios, rotación y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora. Desarrollar planes comerciales en conjunto con las áreas de Ventas, Supply Chain y Finanzas. Coordinar con proveedores y casas representadas la ejecución de lanzamientos, promociones, inversiones y planes de crecimiento. Participar en la planificación del forecast y dar seguimiento a la disponibilidad del portafolio. Evaluar el desempeño de promociones, inversiones comerciales y actividades en punto de venta. Dar seguimiento a indicadores de negocio y presentar recomendaciones que contribuyan al crecimiento de las categorías. Trabajar de manera transversal con diferentes áreas para asegurar una ejecución eficiente de la estrategia comercial. Perfil que buscamos Bachillerato o Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Inglés B2+ Experiencia como Category Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager o en posiciones similares dentro de empresas de consumo
