Scheduler

Are you passionate about travel and helping others plan memorable getaways? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves organizing travel plans, enjoys working with people, and is excited to grow in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international travel experiences, including cruises and land vacation packages
  

• Deliver exceptional client service by developing lasting relationships and encouraging repeat and referral business
  

• Prepare and manage travel documentation, itineraries, and invoices
  

• Recommend and cross-sell additional services and upgrades to enhance the overall travel experience
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to multitask across multiple platforms and websites
  

• Previous experience in travel or scheduling is a plus
  

• Familiarity with computer reservation systems is beneficial
  

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  

• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  

• Ability to interact professionally, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively
  

• A solid understanding of current travel trends, both domestic and international
  

• Personal travel experience is considered an asset
