Analytics Intern - Analytics Services

Your impact within our firm

Using your technical and problem-solving skills, you will provide real-time analytic support to colleagues across the globe.  

You will respond to, research, resolve, and track colleague questions in a timely manner. You will help problem-solve issues, ranging from simple functional questions to building dashboards and complex data modeling. You will also advise colleagues on how their tasks can be resolved quickly and effectively using IT applications.

Working with regional centers, you will ensure the timely distribution of knowledge and best practices,  you will also contribute to a collaborative team environment by assisting other analysts and specialists with their tasks. 

By providing gold-star technical support, you will enable other colleagues to work effectively and make more of an impact in their roles.

Your qualifications and skills

• Strong IT skills and a good understanding of relational databases
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing (advanced level)
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to clarify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Solid interpersonal and time management skills
• Outstanding customer orientation and ability to cultivate collaborative, trust-based relationships
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
• All roles in Costa Rica require the following documentation to be eligible for a position: national ID or citizenship, criminal record, high school diploma, and proof of previous employment (constancia laboral) if applicable
